SleepCogni was tested in a randomised, sham-controlled placebo device clinical study that was peer-reviewed and published in Frontiers in Sleep.

The trial involved 80 adults with chronic insomnia and demonstrated rapid and statistically significant improvements on validated sleep measures, including the Insomnia Severity Index and total sleep time, compared with the placebo sham device.
